15/05/2013 Welwisher Late K.Kirubenthira memorial trophy 20-twenty cricket tournament match organised by Karaitivu Sports Club (KSC) was held on 11.05.2013 at Kanagaratnam Public Ground, and KSC with VSC and both team performed very well in beging KSC scored 161 runs for 7 wickets at the end of 20 overs, in the second session VSC achieved the targets in 17.3 Over and won by 5 wicket .Skipper and king of VSC Kajenthira got 68 runs, senior player Sobithas got 28 runs, Kajanthan got 29 runs and Kajenthira got 3 wickets, as a result VSC selected for final round.(News by V.Thayaparan)
